Some Frequently Asked Questions

May I return shoes if they don’t fit?

Yes. However, we ask that you choose your product carefully. All items can be returned for an easy size exchange or a refund in the unlikely event that the product is faulty, but not if you simply change your mind. If the product does not fit correctly or you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we are happy to exchange the item for you.

To return or exchange simply contact us via email at soleonline@soleintegrity.com.au or on 1300 983 345 and let us know us that you would like to arrange an easy size exchange or a return.

Please ensure that your returned shoes are in original packaging, in original condition, not worn or marked and within 14 days of initial purchase.
 On receipt of returned footwear the easy size exchange will be processed and sent out or a refund issued. 

May I exchange online purchase instore?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund Online purchases instore, however, we will are able to arrange for your to exchange an item in store for your convenience.

Please ensure shoes are returned in original packaging, not worn or marked and within 14 days of initial purchase.
 Please also present your Online receipt. 

What is the right size for me?

As many of our great brands are available internationally, those who have worn them before may know the sizing. Should the brand is new to you; we have placed a size chart on our web site to assist you in finding the right size for you. Please click here for our size chart.

If you have a query finding your size please contact us during business hours and we will be happy to assist. How long should it take for my shoes to be delivered?

The location of your delivery determines the estimated delivery time frame. In Australia, you should receive your delivery in approximately 5-7 working days.

New Zealand orders should be received in approximately 7 - 14 working days. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by email.
